Welcome to Brooklyn Traditional Slow Jam. BTSJ is an acoustic instrumental slow jam focused on traditional fiddle tunes, mostly Irish and Scottish, with a smattering of tunes from other regions.
This group is intended to provide a musical home for folks interested in playing with other musicians, learning to play by ear, and increasing their own musical skill. All levels of musicians are welcome; it’s a great place to explore your instrument or a new style of music with confidence.
